First lesson with Cath and first lesson of Pilates. Cath was very welcoming from the off, she knew  who I was and what I had written on my forms which made me feel in safe hands. Cath has a natural leadership and the lesson was so enjoyable and instructions were clear. There were alternative moves if you wanted to push yourself which i loved and Cath was very encouraging and hands on. I loved it and the whole class had a supportive feel, and a great atmosphere. We were laughing and working out together which eased my first class nerves. I honestly can't wait for next week now.
